My 'Fire' Poem

Woo! What a cool Forum!

Okay, this is my first topic, lemme know if I'm doing somethin wrong, kay? Basically, I wrote this poem for a story I dd for FictionPress. Here ya go;

Dancing pretty lights,
Fire in the air, fire in the sky,
Burning like the rush of time,
Screaming like music,
Destruction is war, but death is a blessing,
Fire in the beginning and the end,
Fire is what it is,
The passion of our soul,
The anger in our veins,
The confusion in our brain,
Fire in the beginning and the end,
Fire is life.

Reading it back, now, it's a really weird piece of work. Whatd'ya think?

Spinning amber embers,
Glowing in the air and in the sky,
Flaming into the heart,
Burning into the soul,
Molding and melting the mind,
Fire in the beginning and the end,
Death and life have no definition,
When the fire of the night burns through,
The dawn fades into dusk
The dusk fades into dark
The dark fades into utter black,
Utter black, utter ash, fire in the end,
The fire must fade . . .

Wow...this is deep...as in...it makes you see things differently...it's good...
